General Optimization Model of Modular Equipment Selection and Serialization for Shale Gas Field

چکیده

The potential technical and economic advantages flexible operability of modular equipment make it increasing widely used in gas field production development. In addition to considering the manufacturing process, selection serialization should be made according productivity prediction a well, so as meet demand greatest extent enhance flexibility gathering transportation system. This article proposes method determine use planning shale field. Considering processing capacity, cost, floor area, construction cost equipment, changes market supply demand, an optimization model is established. On basis abovementioned model, proposed. effectiveness verified by actual case study. It proved that can optimize layout run efficiently economically, reduce costs, increase efficiency. study provides reference for optimizing management strategy promoting green practice production.
